User Agreement
Effective Date: Effective immediately from the date of this document's editing.
Welcome to RssTabs (hereinafter referred to as "the Product" or "we"). Before accessing or using our product, please carefully read the following User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). Your registration, login, and usage behavior indicate that you have fully read and accepted all contents of this Agreement and are willing to be bound by it.
If you do not agree with part or all of this Agreement, please stop using the Product immediately.
I. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to your behavior during accessing or using the Product, including but not limited to registration, login, usage, download, access, reading, etc.
This Agreement is a legal commitment between you and RssTabs, applicable to all interactions between you and RssTabs.
II. User Registration and Account Usage
Registration Information: We currently provide two registration methods through Google and GitHub, with more options possibly available in the future. Users under the legal age must obtain guardian consent before using the Product.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, bearing full responsibility for any account information leakage or loss due to personal reasons. Please notify us immediately if you discover account theft or abnormalities.
Usage Restrictions: Impersonating others or publishing false information is prohibited. Using the Product for any illegal activities is forbidden, including but not limited to infringing others' rights, spreading malicious programs, or conducting network attacks.
III. Service Content and Usage Rules
Service Content: The Product provides services including but not limited to feed source management, Poly Feed, search functionality, personalized content recommendations, etc. Service content may be updated or optimized at any time, and we reserve the right to adjust service content without notice.
Usage Rules: You may only use the Product for legal purposes and must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of services. Unauthorized decompilation, reverse engineering, or similar actions on the Product's source code are prohibited.
IV. User Content
Content Ownership: Content you upload or publish through the Product (such as feed sources, Poly Feeds) belongs to you, and you must ensure you have legal rights to publish such content.
Content License: You grant RssTabs a non-exclusive, global license to display or distribute your content when providing services.
Prohibited Content: You must not upload or publish any content that violates laws and regulations, infringes on others' rights, or violates public interests, including but not limited to content that violates public order and morals, infringes intellectual property rights, or involves personal privacy information.
V. Privacy Protection
We collect, store, and use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. For details, please see Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable technical and management measures to protect your information security and will not disclose your information to third parties without authorization, except as required by laws and regulations.
VI. Service Fees
During the current beta phase, the Product provides services free of charge, with potential paid plans in the future. We will notify users in advance of any pricing policy changes.
Payment terms, refund policies, etc., for paid services will be explained through separate agreements or rules.
VII. Intellectual Property Statement
All software, technology, design, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property of the Product belong to RssTabs or relevant rights holders and are protected by law.
Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the Product.
VIII. Disclaimer
Service Interruption or Failure: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control (such as network interruptions, hacker attacks, etc.), but will strive to minimize user losses.
Content Accuracy: Information content provided by the Product is generated from user-subscribed RSS sources, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
IX. Agreement Termination and Modification
According to changes in national laws and regulations and website operation needs, we have the right to modify this Agreement from time to time and make announcements as required by national laws and regulations. The modified agreement takes effect after announcement and replaces the original agreement. You should regularly check and read the latest version of the agreement and website announcements. If you do not agree with the updated agreement, you have the right to immediately stop using our products and/or services. If you continue to use our products and/or services, you are deemed to fully agree with the updated agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason by judicial or administrative authorities, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
You may stop using the Product at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.
